Certified Class-1 Laser Product
The letter “S” in xTool S1 means safety. This laser is made to be the safest one you can find. It follows the IEC Class 1 safety rules and has EU CE certification. If you don't know, Class 1 means it's safe to use in regular situations, and is a completely enclosed machine.
The xTool S1 has a secure design that shows how safe it is. It comes with a special cover that filters both blue and red lights, so you don't need safety glasses. Also, it has a powerful fan to keep the air clean when you use it. The machine has sensors to detect flames from five different directions, which helps keep you safe and quickly deals with any problems.
If you accidentally open the machine while it's working, it turns off automatically with the "Lid-Open Safety Stop" feature. If there are any other issues, you can use the emergency stop button.

The xTool S1 has a strong 40W power because of its advanced laser compression technology. It combines eight 5.5W diode lasers to cut as effectively as CO2 machines. With this power, it can easily cut through 18mm of wood in a single pass!
Wondering what the xTool S1 can cut and engrave? It can cut materials like paper, wood, MDF, leather, felt, and opaque acrylic. As for engraving, it's quite versatile, capable of engraving stainless steel, dark glass, wood, leather, fabric, jade, ceramic, shale, marble, cement, brick, and painted metal.
The S1 also has a better guide rail structure that makes it more stable. This helps the powerful laser work at its best and be more efficient, even when moving at a fast speed of 600 mm/s.
Moreover, it's quite adaptable with its switchable laser modules, including 40W, 20W, and 10W diode laser modules, along with a 2W infrared laser module. The infrared module is especially useful for detailed engravings on metals and plastics.
Smarter and Easier than Ever
The xTool S1 makes things easier for users with its clever features. First up, Twin-point Positioning. It's simple to understand – a special sensor system, similar to a camera, measures the coordinates of two points to set the processing area. You can see this information live on the software, ensuring that patterns are engraved with precise accuracy. This is a big step forward from traditional methods that might not be as exact.
Test users were all in praise of this new feature as they printed out patterns on a 75 mm round glass piece, and the engravings were perfectly centered.
The second standout feature is the Autofocus Engraving, which makes S1 as precise as a computer. It helps by moving the spot below the cutting surface, enhancing cutting power.
